  • Browsing data
    During the ordinary course of operations, the computer systems and software procedures for running this Site acquire some data whose forwarding is implied in the use of the communication protocols of the Internet. This concerns information that is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. IP addresses or domain names of computers utilised by Users to connect to the site, geolocation data, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator), the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the User’s information environment are kinds of data which fall within this category. These data are used for the sole purposes of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and ensuring that it functions properly, and are only stored for periods of time laid down by the relevant legal regulations. The data could be used to determine responsibility in the case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

4. DATA RETENTION:
None of the personal data acquired may be used for purposes other than those indicated above, and will be held for the period of time necessary for said purposes. After this period, personal data will be deleted or anonymised.
In case of consent given by the data subject, the Data Controller may process this data until the consent is revoked by the Data Subject, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing during the period of the same consent.

5. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA DISCLOSURE:
The personal data is processed at the operational sites of the Data Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your personal data may be transferred to a country other than that in which you are located. If the User’s data is transferred in a way described above they may request information from the Data Controller by contact them via the details provided at section 2. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of this Site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, media agencies) appointed by the Data Controller, if necessary, Data Processor and they may also have access to the Data. The updated list of Data Processors can be requested from the Data Controller.

6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:
As per Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data, to have said data rectified or deleted, to limit the processing of data concerning them, or to object to said data being processed, as well as having the right to data portability. Any such request can be made by email or registered email to the Data Controller with the subject line: “data subject request”. The request should specify the right that the data subject wishes to exercise (deletion, rectification, portability, the right to be ‘forgotten’) and provide a valid email/certified email address to which the response can be sent. The Data Controller or whoever is appointed by them will satisfy the request within 30 days of receipt. If the answer is complex, the response time may be extended by a further 30 days after the data subject is promptly informed. If the User considers enforcing their rights an appropriate course of action, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: The Italian Data Protection Authority (Piazza Venezia 11, Rome).

This Privacy Policy became effective on 15/10/2022.
The Company reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in whole or simply to update its content (for example, due to changes in applicable law). The Company will post any updates on this website.

SUBJECT OF PROCESSING:
Cucina Nostrana S.r.l. Unipersonale, as the Data Controller, informs you of the ways and means of the processing carried out to follow up on requests received through the contact form available on the page: https://www.cucinanostrana.it/contatti/.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING DATA:
The Data Controller shall process personal data relating to the User for the following purposes:

a) responding to User inquiries about this Site. Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfil your requirements or requests. The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b) GDPR).

b) to send commercial communications through the use of newsletters. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR).

Your personal data may also be processed in order to fulfil a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject, or for the legitimate interests of the data controller of obtaining statistical data and ensuring this Site is secure.

Therefore, the User is invited not to communicate Data qualified as special under Article 9 of the GDPR. In default, the Data Controller may process such Data only following specific consent from the User, to be collected at a later stage.

The provision from the Data is compulsory and occurs for the purposes stated above, therefore, failure to provide it, means that the Data Controller is unable to course to your contact request.

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA DISCLOSURE:
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the management of requests (administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (agents, entities, GIF group companies) appointed as Data Processors or persons authorized to process the data by Cucina Nostrana for the provision of the service may have access to the data.

DATA RETENTION:
Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore, on the basis of the purposes mentioned in the previous paragraph:

(a) Personal Data collected for purposes related to the management of requests received by the Controller and will be processed until the execution of such pre-contractual measure is completed and in any case for a time not exceeding 2 years;

(b) For personal data whose processing is based on the user’s consent, the Controller may retain the personal data until such consent is revoked.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the expiration of this period the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to Data portability can no longer be exercised.

Cucina Nostrana S.r.l. Unipersonale, as the Data Controller, informs you of the ways and means of the processing carried out by sending your application in the appropriate section of the site “Work with Us” available at: https://www.cucinanostrana.it/lavora-con-noi/.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING DATA:
The processing may involve the following personal data about you: First name, last name, date of birth, residential address, city of residence, province, telephone, e-mail, educational qualification, computer skills, company name of last job, job title, job description, language skills, and any other data on your CV that you uploaded at our “Work with Us” page. The data indicated with (*) are to be considered mandatory in order to allow a proper selection of personnel.

We kindly ask you to refrain from including within your CV special categories of personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or sexual life or sexual orientation), the processing of which would require your explicit consent.

We will process your personal data for:

a) purposes related to the collection and management of your application at our Company. This may involve the inclusion of your data in our databases. The legal basis for processing your data is pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

b) We may also process your data: to comply with legal obligations or to exercise rights under employment law; to establish, exercise or defend a right in court. Processing for the latter purposes does not require your consent under Articles 6(1)(c) and 9 (2)(b) and (f) GDPR.

c) Finally, we may process your personal data, where this is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, in order to evaluate your application pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in this paragraph is not mandatory, however, failure to provide it will result in the impossibility of evaluating your application and establishing a possible relationship with you

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA DISCLOSURE:
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the management of requests (management, administrative staff, department heads) or external parties (labor consultants, accountants) appointed as Data Processors or persons authorized to process the data by Cucina Nostrana for the provision of their respective services may have access to the data.

DATA RETENTION:
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months after you register online or submit a paper application to the company.
